Saying Goodbye to Summer with JORD

It’s “time” to say Goodbye to Summer and Hello to Fall, see what I did there?! 😉 If you follow me on any social media you may have noticed that I have been wearing this little beauty all summer long and here’s why…

First off, I love the uniqueness of this watch, which is that it’s made of wood! That’s right wood, who would have ever thought to see a tree and say “I want a watch made of this kind of this kind of wood”. The unique material makes for a great conversation starter and is great to wear year round. Secondly, I love that it’s SO light weight! Ever since I have worn this watch I find it so hard to put on another watch because they just feel so much heavier compared to this. Which you don’t really think of weight when it comes to a watch because they all pretty much weigh the same, but trust me if you buy one you’ll notice the difference. Lastly, JORD is based here in St. Louis! I had a chance to talk with one of the founders and he gave me a brief history of the company, how it started, where they want to be and how they plan to get there. But the most interesting part to me was to find out that each watch is named after a place here in St. Louis or Pakistan. I highly encourage you to check them out if you’re in the market for a new watch and keep in mind they sell watches for both men and women. Check out Chris’s review on his watch here

Primero, deja y empiezo con dicer cuanto adoro que estos reloj están hechos de madera! Si madera, quien un dia vio un árbol y pienso quiero un reloj hecho con esa madera?! ¡El material es tan unico que es el pedazo perfecto para empezar un conversación y puedes usarlo todo el año! Segundo, me encanta que no pesa casi nada al comparación de otros. Nunca pensé que importaría cuanto pesaba un reloj pero dése que tengo este ya no me pongo otro. Y por ultimo, los relojes JORD estan hechos aqui en St. Louis! Tuve el honor de conocer uno de los  fundadores y me explico la historia de la compañía, como llegaron a ser, donde quien estar, y como piensan llegar. Pero lo que me encanto de esa conversación era saber que cada reloj esta nombrado después de un lugar de St. Louis o Pakistan. Si estas buscando un reloj te recomiendo mirara lo que tienen a la venta. Y tambien venden relojes para hombres, mira lo que Chris escribo sobre ellos.
