Snakebite – Great stocking stuffer idea. I use this bottle opener during most parties and my friends love it. Venting your beer is aaalmost as fun as drinking it. Plus they’re a startup from STL.
Extra fine Merino sweater/scarf (UNIQLO) – Boring, I know. But I got an extra-fine merino sweater from my aunt for christmas one year and at first I was like “eh” but it has since become one of my favorite sweaters. SO SOFT
*Merino is a type of wool that is much less expensive than cashmere but more durable. Extra-fine and super-fine merino are nearly as soft as cashmere.
Wolverine 1000 mile boots (cheaper: Eastland High Fidelity boots) – Pricey as hell (check the alternative), but you’re paying for quality. Sounds like something my dad would say, but well-constructed boots literally last a lifetime or more. You would pass these down to the next generation of you.
Fallout 4 – For the gamers out there. One of the highest rated games released in 2015. Warning: you may lose your productive life to this game.
Wintersmith Iceballer – Again, pricey, but this is the only commercially available ice maker that makes pure clear ice balls for your drinks. The most expensive, best whiskey bars serve their drinks with large clear ice.
Audiotechnica headphones – Beats headphones are expensive man! Plus they tend to focus more on bass. I spoke with an audio/visual professional buddy recently who strongly recommended Audiotchnica headphones as a quality, inexpensive replacement.
Firestone Double Jack – An excellent IPA for the beer lover out there. Check out beer advocates rating here (www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/2210/50697/). Literally world-class. You can find this at Schnucks or a local liquor store.
Vintage Concert Poster – Forget all of those cheap posters people buy at Walmart/Target. Concert posters are one of a kind and add some creative element to a man cave / entertainment area. eBay is great place to search for a vintage poster from a favorite band.
