Series Savings: August Spending Report

I‘ve noticed I have missed a few of these in the past, so my bad! But now I’m back in a grove of things and am going to catch you up on my August spendings. Which just to fair warn you was my birthday month, so I may or may have not gone a little crazy and given myself a pass. Because birthdays!

• $16- 6 items ThredUp (they gave me store credit and I just paid for what was left in my balance)
• $10.96- H&M shorts/chores (end of the season sale)
• $70- Red Jasper Talia Earrings/Aretes Kendra Scott– currently sold out, check your local stores (I used my 50% birthday discount)
• $125- Canon EF 50mm F/1.8 STM lens, Best Buy
• $2.24- Black Velvet ribbon/liston (to make my chokers) (on sale)
• $14.99- Mini Twin Fujifilm (40% off original price)
• $53.99- Black Fujifilm Insta Mini 8 Camera (on sale and additional 25% off/original price $119.99!)
  TOTAL: $424.18

How I Saved Money

• Mini Camera– This by far was my best find in August. I found it on sale and on top of that had a coupon to use which marked it down to $53.99 which I have not been able to find anywhere else!/Este fue mi mejor ahorro en Agosto. Lo encontré en la venta y encima de eso tenía un cupón para usar que marcó abajo a $53.99 que no he podido encontrar este precio en cualquier otro lugar!
• Kendra Scott– I have had my eyes on the Red Jasper earrings since she released her Fall collection but the original price was out of my price range so I waited for my birthday month to use my 50% off. This is actually is for everyone (you don’t have to be signed up for their newsletter or anything) all you have to do is come in the store show your id and receive 50% off 1 item during your birthday month./He tenido mis ojos en las Red Jasper desde que reliso su colección de otoño, pero el precio original estaba fuera de lo que quiera gastar, por lo que espere para el mes de mi cumpleaños para mi 50% de descuento. • Chocker– I actually just bought a spool of velvet ribbon and decided to make my own chockers. Everywhere I went was selling them for $10 and all it was, was a piece of ribbon. So do yourself a favor and just buy spools of ribbon instead of buying just 1 chocker. Also, Michael’s has a new rewards program which is totally free and you can use at check out to save you even more!/De hecho, me acabo de comprar un carrete de cinta de terciopelo y decidí hacer mi propia chockers.
