Hello everyone and happy Thursday!
As some of you may know I live in Missouri and this winter (you know if you live anywhere cold) is sticking around longer than we want, creating a nationwide Polar Vortex. But luckily throughout the years I have learned a few tricks for looking stylish in this cold weather.
The most valuable thing I have learned is to layer, layer, layer! The more layers the better, I usually wear 2 pair of fuzzy socks, a pair of Under Armor to wear under my clothes, leather gloves, a nice scarf to block the wind and a thick winter coat.
Also, you can never go wrong with wearing black, when in doubt just wear black on black. It’s simple, chic and easy. After 4 years of living in the Midwest this has become my go to look. You can easily dress it up with a bright lipstick, a colorful scarf or purse and you’re good to go.
