We are mid way through February and the cold doesn’t seem to be leaving yet. Around this time is when many people drop their New Year resolution for a healthier life, don’t be one of those people! Even if you have kept some habits you practice for a healthier life, kept those and gradually get where you want to be. It’s marathon not a race, remember everything takes time and I believe in you!

I hope everyone keeps some of their goals for the year no matter what they may be 🙂

P.S. I recently enrolled back into my aerial class 😀

Ya estamos al medio de Febrero y esto es cuando mucha gente ya no hacen las resoluciones de año nuevo que dijeron que quieran hacer, no seas una de esas personas! Si puedes hacer un poco de lo te dedicaste a hacer, comienza aye. Continua completar tus metas aunque sea poco a poco, recuerda no es una carrera. Y yo quiero en ti!

Ojalá que todos puedan cumplir sus metas este año 🙂
