I hope everyone is having a happy week back to school and/or work! Even though I know it can be a little tough to get after the holidays. This Christmas I got several gift cards and one of them was to my all time favorite place/s, TJMAXX and Marshalls. I actually am pretty lucky to have a boyfriend who notices where I I shop the most and this year he hit my 3 favorite brands (Urban Decay, TJMAXX/Marshalls, and Mc Donalds). Had to do a little shameless plug because I was able to purchase these beauties at Marshalls for only $10 with my gift card! I don’t think this set is out anymore, since these stores usually get what didn’t sell, but I thought I do a little review on each polish in case you happen to be looking for top coats.

Ojalá que todos esten tienendo un buen comienzo a su semana. Se que la semana después de un largo descanso de las fiestas siempre es un poco duro. Este Navidad tuve la suerte de que me regalaron varias tarjetas de regalos y todas a lugares que me encantan. Tengo la suerte de tener un novio que se fija en donde compro todas mis cosas y este ano me regalo 3 de mis favoritas marcas (Urban Decay, TJMAXX/Marshalls, and Mc Donalds). Con la tarjeta de Marshalls pude comprar estas esmaltes por solo $10. No quiero que estos todavia se esten vendiendo juntos pero les quise dar mi opinon de estos por si están buscando comprar unos.
These are what the 3 top coats look like over my nail polish (also a Marshalls purchase) and I would say overall I’m very satisfied. I’m also a BIG O.P.I. fan so this deal was a steal. I will say that I see myself using the Top coat and Matte Top Coat more than So Elegant. For me a top coat with glitter is sometimes tricky because I feel that it doesn’t look good with every color or doesn’t disburse the same amount of glitter on each nail.
Me encantaron estos 3 esmaltes sobre mi nuevo rojo esmalte (tambien comprado en Marshalls). Soy una fanatic de la marca O.P.I. y poder encontrar una tan buena oferta me ase tan feliz, especialmente porque solo uno de estos cuesta $8 en la tienda. Se que voy a usar Top Coat y Matte Top Coat mas que So Elegant porque el brillo aveces es difícil encontrar un color con que poner lo y no siempre sale el mismo brillo por una.

Hmmm. That glitter topcoat could be pretty over a neutral color, but looks kinda cray cray over the red. I’ve actually never ever used a matte top coat, so this makes me curious! I’ve always personally wondered if a matte top coat would chip faster than a gloss top coat. Let me know how long it stays!!!
That’s what I was thinking! It’s my first time using the matte coat and I love it so far, i left the polish on all 3 fingers just to see how long they would last, so I will def keep you posted. I guess I should have made this more of a first impression than a review since I haven’t had it on for long…
